We all like to have fun, but for your safety, comfort of employees and peace of mind of neighbors - we present short regulations of our premises.

1. General

1.1. These Regulations have been made public by placing them on the publicly available website of the Premises at the address uszkota.pl/regulamin-lokalu/ is also available in a printed version, for inspection, at the Premises.

1.2. Staying in the Premises means acceptance of the conditions described in these Regulations.

1.3. Alcoholic beverages are only sold and served to persons over 18 years of age.

1.4. If the service has doubts about the age of the person ordering alcohol, they have the right to request an identity document containing the date of birth. If a given person does not present a document confirming the age of majority, the Premises Service has the right to refuse to sell them alcoholic beverages.

2. Opening hours, reservations, fees

2.1. The restaurant is open from Sunday to Thursday from 5 pm to 1 am. On Fridays and Saturdays the restaurant is open from 5 pm to 3 am. The restaurant reserves the right to change the opening hours

2.2. Admission to the Premises is free

2.3. Reservations can be made by:

2.4. Reservation cost
The booking fee is refundable and can be used in full at the bar in the Premises.
Payment must be made in cash no later than 24 hours before the booking time.
The fee is:
a) for groups of up to 10 people - PLN 100
b) for groups between 10 and 20 people - PLN 200
c) for groups of more than 20 people - PLN 500
d) The price of renting the entire premises is determined individually

2.5. The reservation is valid for 15 minutes. If no one shows up to pick it up within that time, the reservation and payment will be forfeited.

3. Admission to the Premises

3.1. Persons who grossly violate these Regulations with their behavior will be asked to leave the Premises.

3.2. People who have received an order to leave the premises, and yet will try to stay there - will be asked to leave.

3.3. The following persons may be asked to leave the Premises:
a) violating the rules of these regulations
b) under the influence of drugs
c) significantly intoxicated

4. Safety rules

4.1. There is visual monitoring in the Premises. You can read about how personal data is processed with it at: https://uszkota.pl/privacy-policy/

4.2. The staff may refuse to serve alcohol to an intoxicated person.

4.3. People staying in the Premises are obliged to behave in a way that does not threaten their own safety and that of third parties.

4.4. Persons staying in the Premises are obliged to strictly comply with the indications and instructions of the security services, Service, Manager and Owner of the Premises, in particular in fire hazard situations.

4.5. In the Premises it is forbidden to:
a) smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes
b) bring, and even more so, consume alcohol and beverages purchased outside the Premises
c) taking intoxicants (except for alcohol purchased at the Premises)
d) behavior that violates generally accepted social norms
e) soliciting and aggressive behavior towards other guests
f) having and bringing in sharp tools, melee weapons and firearms and other items that may threaten the safety of other guests
g) activities having signs of trade, i.e. acquisition, promotion, advertising and fundraising (unless previously agreed with the manager or owner of the Premises)

4.6. Persons who do not comply with the safety rules will be asked to leave the Premises and, if the situation requires it, they will be handed over to the appropriate authorities.

5. Material and criminal liability

5.1. The Owner, Service of the Premises, Manager and Security are not responsible for items left or lost by guests in the Premises.

5.2. Each offense with the characteristics of a crime and acts of vandalism will be reported to the Police.

5.3. Persons who have committed such damage bear material and criminal liability for damage to the equipment of the Premises.

6. Final Provisions and Acceptance

6.1. Disputes in matters not covered by these Regulations shall be resolved by the Owner or Manager of the Premises.

6.2. The Premises shall not be liable for damages caused to property or persons in the Premises and in the area adjacent to the Premises.

6.3. Complaints and requests will only be considered if submitted in writing.

6.4. Any person who:
a) books a table
b) takes part in the tasting
c) uses the Showroom
d) stays in the premises
Is obliged to read the regulations.
Continuing to stay in the premises is associated with the acceptance of all sub-points.
